In her introductory videos, Marie made it clear that part of her daily NNT (Non-Negotiable Time) is meditation.
Now, I know that lots of you will already have a daily meditation habit. And that’s great! But lots of you won’t. And it makes all the difference.
When we’re talking about being heart-based entrepreneurs and sharing our gifts with compassion, being connected to our soul and our mission, then meditation is essential soul-food.
There are many ways to meditate and only you can decide what will work for you.
One of my entrepreneurial ‘hats’ is that I’m a formally-trained Meditation & Mindfulness teacher, as well as a certified NLP Trainer, a published author and a reformed Mechanical Engineer, as well as mum to 3 young boys. So I know what it’s like to feel too busy to fit meditation in. 🙂
