I’m going to be running 4 weekly classes, in addition to weekend workshops and my October 1/2 term Turkey retreat.

If you’re local to Forest Row / East Grinstead / Hartfield / Colemans Hatch in East Sussex, UK, then it should be easy for you to make it to an evening class.
Please note that the classes are for pre-booking only – with the exception of the meditation practice group. This means that to get a place you are committing to coming every week that you’re around for the whole term – not just ‘once in a while’.
If I ran them as drop-in classes, there’s much less incentive to actually show up (you know what ‘Evening Inertia’ can be like!). Those who do show would up get bored with the constant repetition and catch-up and no one would make the progress they are dreaming of. That’s why I ask you to make the commitment to yourself to prioritise your classes. I hope that’s ok with you! xx Clare
What, When & Where?
All courses run at our beautiful 6 acre retreat centre, between Forest Row and Colemans Hatch. (East Sussex, UK)
All courses start in the week of 15th September 2014 and run for 10 weeks, excluding half term, when I’ll be running a retreat in Turkey (which you’re also welcome to join! 😉 )
After-Work Deep Relaxation & De-Stress
This 10 week course takes you through deep-relaxation and practical de-stressing techniques that you can use at home (or at work!) to help you feel less stressed and calmer.
We’ll also be working with NLP techniques (the ‘User Manual For Your Brain’) to discover how your Monkey Mind creates and even feeds those stress cycles – so you can set yourself free, once and for all.
You also get a gift copy of my book “52 Mindful Moments” and my deep relaxation CD, at the end of the course.
When? Monday evenings from 5:45pm to 6:45pm for a 10 week course
How Much? £10 per class or £90 if you pre-pay ~ only 12 11 10 places available and pre-booking is essential

Meditation Practice Group
This is a drop-in class for those who want to practice meditation, but don’t want formal tuition.
In each session, I will lead warm-ups and relaxations, before we dive in and meditate for about 30+ minutes. The meditation will be ‘lightly guided’ (i.e. there won’t be much talking from me, so you get to really soak in the silence.
When? Monday evenings from 7pm – 7:45pm
There is no need to pre-pay – this is intended as a drop-in group.
How Much? £7.50 per class or £65 if you pre-pay for 10

Living From Your Heart
This 10 week course is a beautiful blend of meditation, mindfulness, yoga, NLP and demystified Ancient Wisdom.
Expect it to create fundamental shifts in how you are experiencing life – so that you find yourself more easily riding the waves of emotions that used to floor you, feeling happier, feeling less stressed and irritable and smiling for no reason!
During the course I will also be teaching the fundamentals of how to meditate, making it easy for you to create a daily meditation practice, if that’s what you want, so you can discover for yourself how ten minutes a day could change your life.

When? Monday evenings from 8pm – 9:30pm
How Much? The 10 week course is £150 if you pay in advance or £20 per week, if you pay weekly ~ only 12 10 places available.

Friday Mornings – Yoga & Meditation
On Friday mornings I’m running a yoga and meditation class. It’s a fabulous chance to de-stress your week and get ready for fun at the weekend, as well as learning how to create a potentially life-changing meditation habit.
Plus I’ll be teaching you techniques that you can do at home, while you wait for the kettle to boil!
When? Fridays from 9:00am – 10:30am
How Much? £10 per week, to be pre-paid each half term ~ only 12 9 places available.
You also get a gift copy of my book (28 Day Meditation Challenge) and its accompanying CD, at the end of the course, if you would like one.
