I wasn’t planning to create a Soul-Sized Wednesday video this week, as I’m supposed to be on holiday, but I have seen so many people struggling to come to terms with the passing of Robin Williams that I have created a short video for you, to help. Here’s where you can watch it:
It’s so important that we make it our mission to live authentically, being true to who we really are, instead of wearing the mask that we have second-guessed the world wants us to wear.
Is it time to step into being the REAL you?

If you’d like to join in the discussion on this, I’d love to hear from you via the comments.
- Which masks have you been wearing?
- Which action could you take, right now, to step into being the REAL you?
- How have you been ‘pretending’?
- What could you do today, to allow you to live your authentic life?
With love, Namaste,
P.S. If you liked this video, how about making sure you’re getting my inspirational weekly updates – specially designed to be quick to apply – and making it easy to Soul-Size your life. Here’s where to grab your copy. xx Clare
Hi Clare, I really like your video. Thanks! Being true to who I am sometimes means hurting the people I love. How does one deal with that? If I do what i feel like, and my parents, my husband or my family gets upset because they don’t approve of my choices, I’m ridden with guilt. I feel pulled in opposite directions then. Either ways I end up getting hurt so what’s the solution. I feel to varying degrees we all are socially conscious and worry about what will people say. So I often get to hear from my folks that what will people say if they see you do this, or wear that, or pursue that career etc and I know it is wrong to bother about what people say. But then I’m not completely free of this thinking either.
