The Secret To Keeping Yourself Motivated
Today I want to share with you one of my personal secrets for staying motivated, when I want to create a new habit. And I won’t keep you in suspense:
The secret to keeping yourself motivated is knowing your big ‘why’.
When you know why you want to do something, it’s so much easier to find the time and energy to do it; to make those changes. So this week, as well as keeping going with your gratitude minutes, I’m sharing an exercise that can help you figure out your ‘big why’ – and how to make the most of it.
Go through the questions (in the worksheet on the left – or above if you’re on a mobile!) – and let me know what your ‘Big Why’ is, over at the forum. I’d LOVE to hear from you!
With love, Namaste
