I really appreciated this replay of your webinar. I particularly liked your vertical alignment meditation. Also, what you said regarding visualization and relaxing techniques versus meditation.

As you say, a lot of what we ‘think’ is meditation is more visualising and relaxation. Nothing wrong with those, but they’re not meditating and won’t bring you the same benefits.
