What can we really do to end bullying in our culture?
The budget speech by the UK’s Chancellor, Philip Hammond, on International Women’s Day inspired me to totally change the proposed theme of today’s podcast episode.
He announced increased spending for groups working to put an end to violence towards women – on International Women’s Day. Laudable. But he had already shown himself to be a bully, during his speech.
Here’s my take on why he owes the Nation an apology – and what each and every one of us needs to do, to move our world closer to being a place where people stick up for each other and behave kindly, instead of hating and destroying anyone who’s not like us.

What Do You Think? What Can We Do To Make A Bigger Difference And End Bullying In Our Culture?
I’d love to hear from you:
- How do you think each of us contributes towards a culture of bullying and aggression towards those who are different from us?
- Should our politicians and leaders be behaving more responsibly?
- And what action could you take, today, to step up and make a bigger difference?
I’d love to hear from you, via the comments.

P.S. One of the biggest triggers for behaving the way that Philip Hammond did today is Imposter Syndrome – fear of feeling like a fraud and not being good enough. If you’d like to join me for our Imposter-Syndrome-Ditching Mastermind in the next few weeks, please get in touch ASAP. x C.
