Speaker Agreement: Making Hybrid Work

I agree that:

  • I will be interviewed, live, by Clare Josa as part of the Making Hybrid Work event, on the date and time agreed, for a 30-minute interview and a 15-minute Q&A.
  • this interview and Q&A will be recorded by Clare Josa Ltd, in order to provide a replay for those attendees who are eligible to watch it, for a minimum of twelve calendar months, and that this will be hosted by Clare Josa Ltd in a secure login area of their training website.
  • the live and replay versions of my session be made available to those who have registered for the event, in accordance with the level of ticket they requested.
  • excerpts from my session may be used to market the event, including on social media, in Clare Josa’s Soul Led Leaders podcast, and in emails to her subscribers.
  • I will receive a high-quality copy of the video, MP3 and human-created transcript from my interview, to use in any way I wish, including reselling, at any point in the future, without any payment to Clare Josa Ltd.
  • I will not charge a fee for taking part in this event.
  • those who attend the event live may watch my session for free and that those who want access to the replay, downloadable MP3 and transcript will buy an ‘Access All Areas’ pass (covering the entire event) for £99 + VAT.
  • I have the option to benefit from 50% of any affiliate sales I refer to those who upgrade to the ‘Access All Areas’ pass for this event.
  • Clare will not sell my interview in any way other than as part of this event.
  • I retain the copyright of any materials I share, as part of this interview and event.
  • I indemnify Clare Josa Ltd in the extremely unlikely event that a claim be made due to the content of my interview or my marketing of the event.
  • I will promote the event to my audience via social media and via emails, to help this event to be a success, reaching a wide audience of business leaders and HR professionals.
  • This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of this agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law.
