The deep relaxation on this CD was created and recorded by Clare Josa, an expert in teaching deep relaxation.
She has been a certified trainer of NLP for over a decade, is fully qualified in hypnosis and is a formally-trained meditation teacher, as well as a mother to three young boys – so she knows what stress can be like!
WARNING – This deep relaxation is intended to be done with your eyes closed. For obvious reasons, do not listen to this CD in the car or whilst operating machinery. Sorry – but we have to state the obvious!

thank you soooooo much!!!!! i can finallay get some sleep on those restless nights that i have. my alarm clock has nature sounds but they are the ones that were created. the night time one has an owl that hoot the same hoot i sware every 3 seconds. the babbling brook one has an annoying chirping bird that gets annoying really fast and the ocean one (i like ocean and beach sounds, i go to sleep better with them) sounds like a war zone by a beach during a hurricane -.- This CD has really helped me.

Thank you so much. Yes, I enjoyed this deep relaxation. It helped me feel calm and also with pain mneegamant. I really LOVE Yoga also, and for me, Yoga is one thing that helps with fibromyalgia, there is no one thing for me, but a combination of many things, and constantly having to switch it up. My pain levels are there, no matter what the sport or activity, including Yoga. However, that is not an excuse to not do it All relaxation helps. Thanks for your help.
