Did you know that you don’t have to spend a fortune on superfoods to transform your health? Or that you could grow your own superfoods in your kitchen for just pennies? And that doing it yourself not only means you have total control over the quality, but you will always have the freshest, scrummiest, juiciest, tastiest and msot nutritious superfoods you could ever want? Want to find out how?
Due to popular demand, I’m creating an online course called “How To Sprout Your Own Superfoods” – and I’d LOVE your help to make it truly zingy and fantastically helpful.
So, here’s the deal!
It’s all about sprouting – yeah, like you hadn’t guessed that 😉 I’m talking seeds, nuts, pulses and more. From humble mung beans to microgreens, you can do it yourself and transform your health.
I want to make it as easy and fun as possible, so I’d love your input. Whether you’re a total newbie or an old hand, I would LOVE to hear from you – via the comments box at the end of this article – to help make this course really useful.
And, to say ‘thank you’ to you for your help, everyone who posts a helpful comment (i.e. actually answering some of these questions, rather than telling me how to get fake designer bags!) will be entered into a draw to win a place on this course when it launches – either for yourself, if you’re a newbie, or for someone you love, if you’re an old hand. Cool!
Are you a sprouting newbie?
I’m curious:
- Have you ever tried sprouting?
- What has put you off?
- What are your questions?
- What would you most like to know?
- Would you like pdfs or videos or a printed book or something else?
- If I could wave a magic wand to make sprouting easy for you, how could I inspire you?
Are you a ‘fallen-off-the-wagon’ sprouter?
- What inspires you to sprout superfoods?
- What is stopping you from doing it more regularly?
- What are the biggest problems you have with it? What goes wrong?
- What works for you? And what doesn’t?
- What are your top questions? What advice would you like?
- What have been your biggest successes?
- What advice would you give to others, starting out with sprouting?
Are you an ‘old hand’?
If you have been around the sprouting block for a while, I’d LOVE to hear from you.
As you know, one of the most inspirational ways to learn is by reading about how others have ‘been there and done it’ – so if you’d like to share your best advice or be interviewed as a potential ‘sprouting superfoods’ case study, please let me know via the comments and I’ll be in touch. Thank you!
So there you have it. I’m feeling very excited about all of this and I really hope we can co-create something truly useful!
Thank you!
With love, Namaste,

I love growing my own veggies and herbs, but have not ventured much into growing pulses and sprouting goodies.
The nearest thing is cress!
What puts me off is that I don’t have much room on my window where I keep my herbs, and would love to learn how to make mini pots of them that I can use quickly and not masses that may not get used up before they wilt.
I would love to be shown quick and easy tips for storing them, how to water them properly and easy simple ways to use them in your diet.
I prefer to have PDF or booklets to use over videos as I can have them easy on my tablet to read through over and over.
If I gave you a magic wand, I think I would love you to do one big pot full of mixed bits that can be grabbed, pulled or cut and chucked into salads rather than lots of little pots everywhere.
Enjoy putting your course together : )
