Welcome to this week’s Happiness Experimenters Mastermind Group video.
This time I’m talking to you about a simple technique you can use to shift from feeling stuck with the worries and anxieties and stresses of your Monkey Mind to moving to the more peaceful and smile-inducing realm of living in your heart.
It only takes a minute or two and, if you practice this each day, you’ll find within a week that it is changing your experience of life.
It’s one of the tools I teach on my Hearing With Your Heart workshops and it’s a foundation skill for being able to move from living in your head, to living from your heart.
