Continuing our theme of looking at worrying this week, here’s a life-changing inspirational quote from Esther Hicks:
“Worrying is a way of creating a future you don’t really want.”
We get what we think about.
If we focus all of our attention and energy on what could go wrong, we’re more likely to spot the signs and take the actions that will lead us there.
I’ll be going into this in more detail, later in the week. But for now, how about thinking about the future you do want instead?
