They say that awareness is the first key to change. Well, once you understand how you, personally, ‘do’ your emotions, it’s much easier to press pause and reclaim your power to choose which emotions to experience. So we’re starting this programme with 3 short videos to give you insight – and to empower you to choose which emotions you want to experience.
Today we’re diving in and discovering what an emotion actually is – and what it isn’t. And if you’re anything like me, I had this totally wrong for years!
And the brilliant bit is that when you figure it out, it totally turns around the way you’ve been looking at your emotions. It puts you back in the driving seat – fast.
