Today we’re starting our 4-part journey into the demystified ancient wisdom of the realms of yoga, meditation and mindfulness, to help you to handle emotions more easily.
In fact, we’re going back to basics – with how to breathe.
And I’m really curious to hear how today’s belly breathing technique helps. In fact, today’s deep yogic breath helps you to re-train yourself to breathe in a healthy way (from your belly, not your shoulders!) and can energise you, also helping you to think more clearly.
