Thank you for taking part in my session for the Girls' Day School Trust.
This free mini-training is for the ABC technique we covered during that workshop. It is designed to teach you the process in a way that will allow you to press pause on negative self-talk and even stop Imposter Syndrome in its tracks, in under sixty seconds.
You'll get best results from this if you play with it regularly, rather than just once. Then it becomes second-nature if Imposter Syndrome strikes and you don't have time to do the deeper work.
Please start by watching the first video, which gives you some important background on how and why the ABC process works so well. Then move on to the main training video. Both are short - around five minutes.
Plus you've got a short MP3 you can download and a cheat sheet, so that the ABC process is there for you, whenever you need it.
