Hi %%FIRST_NAME%%,
Welcome to Day 6 of your 7 Day Gratitude Kick Start programme!
How did you get on with yesterday’s technique – turning your ‘to do’ list into something that can change your life? Any insights? Any questions? I’d love to hear from you, over at your members-only forum: How to let your ‘to do’ list change your life!
Today I’m sharing a little-known insider secret to help you create more time in your day – with gratitude!
“I don’t have enough time!” It’s a modern epidemic. People tell us to stop and relax, but there’s never enough time. Or is there?
Today I’d like to share with you a near-magic-wand for creating more time in your day.
No, it’s not a time machine. It’s a single gratitude phrase. And its effects can feel miraculous.
How often do we spend our time fretting about not having enough time? We tell ourselves stories about not having enough time (hang on – doesn’t that take up time? :-)) It seems to fly by. And the more stressed we are, the faster it goes. But time is largely a matter of perception.
When we’re hiding away in the realms of the Monkey Mind and its stories of stress, time is a scarce resource over which we have no control. We run the mantra, “I don’t have enough time.” And we’re right.
In fact:
Whether you think you have enough time, or whether you think you don’t, you’re right.
Would you like a technique, which could be the antidote to never having enough time?
How To Magically Create The Feeling Of Having More Time
Here’s your very simple, yet potentially life-changing, magic wand:
Be grateful for the time you have.
Giving gratitude for the time you have lets go of the Monkey Mind’s stress-stories and helps time to expand. You can think more clearly; you can de-stress; you can concentrate better; you fritter away less time with worries and Monkey Mind stories; you can have sudden flashes of insight. Life starts to flow. Time seems to expand.
So if you feel rushed and need more time, allow yourself to experience more time with the magical mantra:
I am grateful for the time I have.
After all, that’s all the time we’re ever going to get, so why on earth waste it by feeling grumpy about it?
How about trying it out, right now?
[audio:http://]Imagine something where time had been stressing you.
Tell yourself, “I am grateful for the time I have.” – and mean it!
Now how has that experience shifted?
Affirmation:
I am grateful for the time I have.
I hope you enjoy today’s gratitude technique!
Remember you can share how you get on with it and get answers to any questions, over at our Facebook Page: How to magically create more time..
I’ll be back tomorrow when we’ll be looking at how you can use every step you take as a chance to practise gratitude.
See you then.
Namaste,
