I hope you’re loving your Gratitude journey – and how have you been getting on with the Bedtime Gratitude Spiral? I’d love to hear from you.
One of the things that tends to derail people or make them give up on their gratitude practice is negative thinking. We dive in and beat ourselves up each time we have a thought that we judge to be ‘less than perfect’.
So this week’s challenge is learning to accept those annoying negative thoughts – and just let them drift on through.
