This week’s Soul-Sized Wednesdays video is all about looking after yourself – and why we often put that at the very bottom of our ‘to do’ lists. Here’s the link I mentioned, if you want to join us for the 28 day self-care challenge:
www.ClareJosa.com/self-care
And I’d love to hear from you, via the comments:
- What do you already do, for self-care?
- What could you add in?
- And why do you think people resist it so much?
If you found this video useful, please share it far and wide via social media.
With love, Namaste,
P.S. If one of your favourite habits is saying ‘yes’ when people ask you for a freebie (that’s soooooo not self-care!), then here’s an article I wrote for you that will help: How Desperate Are You For Exposure?
P.P.S. If you’ve been thinking of joining us for our incredible Mastermind Retreat in April, there’s still time to grab your place – but only just! Book now.
The reason why we “help” other people is because it distracts us from our own central and most painful issues in our own lives. We do this to make ourselves “feel good about” ourselves because the world and ourselves cannot break free from ego attachment, i.e., the world and ourselves are under the impression that we are kept alive by the ego, when in reality, there is a deeper source of existence that supports us, and that we resist out of ignorance.
