I listened live and just listened again using the replay to consolidate all of that juicy learning 🙂
I am in the process of starting a nature-inspired portfolio business (as a writer, maker and reiki healer) and I feel that meditation is going to be very important for me in terms of staying authentic and remaining inspired. My biggest block at the moment is definitely monkey-mind! I have a lot going on and it’s very easy to become distracted or to listen to the fear-based narratives of self doubt.
My BIG WHY is: I choose to meditate because I need peace and joy in my life.
At the moment I try to do a ten minute reiki meditation before getting out of bed in the morning and then one other ten minute exercise later in the day. It does make a HUGE difference so I think the key will be learning to see meditation-time as something that is as essential to self-care as cleaning my teeth twice a day.

I’ve started to meditate about six months ago but I’m afraid I didn’t make it as a habit but after seeing your webinar I promised myself to make it everyday habit !
